Design of a low-noise charge-sensitive preamplifier for nuclear instruments with a direct-coupled capacitor-free structure
电荷灵敏前置放大器电路是一种常用的粒子探测器前端电路,而 PCB(printed circuit board)是印刷电路板的简称,具有密度高、重量轻、安装方便等优点,因此被广泛应用于电荷灵敏前置放大器电路的制作.本文就电荷灵敏前置放大器电路进行了应用调研,根据电路原理图完成了 PCB 的研制、电路调试与性能测试,并与国外同类型电荷灵敏前置放大器电路对比,经调试后运行良好无故障.最后对电荷灵敏前置放大器电路完成了性能测试,对变换增益、输出稳定性、噪声水平与上升时间等参数进行了多次测量,通过比较分析测量结果,发现其体积小、集成度高、变换增益大、输出稳定性良好且噪声水平小,具有良好性能.
The charge-sensitive preamplifier circuit is a commonly used front-end circuit for particle detectors.PCB stands for printed circuit board,which has the advantages of high density,light weight,and convenient installation.Therefore,it is widely used in the fab-rication of charge-sensitive preamplifier circuits.This paper mainly conducts an application survey on the charge-sensitive preamplifier circuit,and based on the circuit schematic diagram,completes the development of the PCB,circuit debugging,and per-formance testing.It is compared with the same type of charge-sensitive preamplifiers a-broad.After debugging,the circuit functions reliably with no observed failures.Finally,the performance testing of the charge-sensitive preamplifier circuit is completed,and pa-rameters such as conversion gain,output stability,noise level,and rise time are measured multiple times.Through the comparative analysis of the measurement results,it is found that it has the characteristics of small size,high integration,large conversion gain,good output stability,and low noise level,demonstrating excellent overall performance.
