The pathways of cultivating Party cadres'moral integrity through Confucian self-cultivation thought are explored from four dimensions:establishing oneself,pursuing one's career,making one's voice heard,and attaining virtue.Specifical-ly,establishing oneself means taking"inner sageliness and outer kingliness"as its value orientation,laying the foundation for social responsibility;pursuing one's career means taking"the unity of knowledge and action"as the practical spirit,fol-lowing the path to national rejuvenation and strength;making one's voice heard means taking"cultivating oneself with loy-alty"as the principle of faithfulness,upholding the unity of speaking for the Party and speaking for the people;attaining vir-tue means drawing on the theoretical wisdom of"learning to become a person of virtue,"thereby enhancing moral cognition and practical ability.These pathways align with the requirements of the new era and help strengthen efforts to improve Party conduct and uphold integrity,as well as to deepen the learning initiative on the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee.
