为探究化肥减量配施有机肥对苹果园土壤肥力及果实品质的影响,以甘肃省陇南市西和县长道镇1个10 a生红富士苹果园为试验地,设置常规化肥(CK)、化肥减量20%配施有机肥3 000 kg/hm2(T1)、化肥减量40%配施有机肥6 000 kg/hm2(T2)、全有机肥12 000 kg/hm2(T3)4个处理,测定果园土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性和果实品质.结果表明,T2处理苹果园土壤有机质含量、速效氮含量、速效磷含量、速效钾含量和pH值均较高,土壤脲酶活性、蔗糖酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性较CK均明显提高,苹果单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比和果实硬度均优于CK、T1、T3.综上,长道镇苹果园化肥减量40%配施有机肥6 000 kg/hm2能够显著提升土壤肥力、改善果实品质.

In order to explore the effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer on soil fertility and fruit quality of apple orchards,a 10-year-old red Fuji apple orchard in Changdao Town,Xihe County,Longnan City,Gansu Province was used as the test field.Four treatments were set up,including conventional chemical fertilizer(CK),chemical fertilizer reduction 20%combined with organic fertilizer 3 000 kg/ha(T1),chemical fertilizer reduction 40%combined with organic fertilizer 6 000 kg/ha(T2),and total organic fertilizer 12 000 kg/ha(T3).The soil physical and chemical properties,soil enzyme activities and fruit quality were determined.The results showed that the soil organic matter content,available nitrogen content,available phosphorus content,available potassium content and pH value of T2 treatment apple orchard were higher.The soil urease activity,sucrase activity and catalase activity of T2 treatment apple orchard were significantly higher than those of CK.The apple single fruit weight,soluble solids content,sugar-acid ratio and fruit hardness of T2 treatment apple orchard were better than those of CK,T1 and T3.In summary,chemical fertilizer reduction 40%combined with organic fertilizer 6 000 kg/ha of apple orchards in Changdao Town can significantly improve soil fertility and fruit quality.
