高职管理类课程中思政教学的创新设计与实践OA

By analyzing the current status and challenges of ideological and political education in higher vocational management courses and combining with teaching practices,the paper proposes innovative measures such as emphasizing the clarity and professionalism of IPE objectives in curriculum design,the organic integration of teaching content and IPE content,and the diversification and interactivity of teaching methods.The research results indicate that the effective incorporation of IPE elements not only helps establish correct values,enhance students' sense of social responsibility and critical thinking abilities,but also improves the effectiveness of imparting professional knowledge,providing a practical path for cultivating high-quality,application-oriented talents with both virtue and competence.
