区域经济下大连市新能源汽车人才培养研究OA

In light of the talent demand by regional economic development,this paper analyzes the current status and problems of talent cultivation for new energy vehicles in Dalian,and discusses the talent cultivation mode of new energy vehicles adapting to the development of regional industries.By analyzing the characteristics of industrial development and the structure of talent demand,this paper puts forward the construction of a"government+enterprise+school"tripartite collaborative education mechanism and innovative strategies for curriculum system optimization,aiming to provide strong talent support for the development of Dalian's new energy vehicle industry and promote the high-quality development of regional economy.
