利益相关者视角下职普融通体制机制优化策略OA

The integration of vocational education and general education is a critical path to building a modern education system and eliminating the prejudice against education types.From the stakeholder perspective,the current practical difficulties in the development of vocational-general education integration are specifically manifested in four aspects:a mismatch between top-level design and primary-level implementation;insufficient driving force and limited implementation capacity among local governments and schools in promotion;imbalanced allocation of educational resources and barriers to resource sharing;traditional stereotypes that hinder public recognition.Focusing on the practical bottlenecks of vocational-general education integration and considering the demands of diverse stakeholders,this study proposes strategies including improving the policy system,optimizing resource allocation,and fostering the cultural environment,thereby providing valuable references for improving the system and mechanism of vocational-general integration.
