为获取持续强降雨气候下路基的稳定性并进行实时智能监测预警,针对湖南省西部山区某公路路基开展降雨入渗作用下的稳定性分析,提出极端降雨下路基边坡位移监测预警阈值,并利用物联网(IoT)、北斗卫星(BDS)定位等技术开展路基智能监测预警.研究表明:降雨对路基边坡稳定性影响显著,内部孔隙水压力随着降雨入渗而持续增大,伴随着暂态饱和区逐渐扩大,长时间暴雨状态下路基边坡的安全系数下降迅速;提出的稳定性系数、稳定状态、平台处水平位移、预警级别四者关系,为位移监测预警阈值设定提供可靠依据;通过 IoT、BDS定位、云平台等技术,实现了极端降雨期间的路基实时智能监测,触发的预警有效提示现场人员进行核查、处理、复核,有助于及时发现隐患,避免决策滞后,可供极端降雨频发地区的路基安全运营保障借鉴.

To obtain the stability of subgrade under continuous heavy rainfall and conduct real-time intelligent monitoring and early warning,this study analyzed the stability of a road subgrade in western Hunan mountainous area under rainfall infiltration.It proposed a monitoring and early warning threshold for subgrade slope displacement under extreme rainfall and implemented intelligent subgrade monitoring and early warning using technologies such as Internet of Things(IoT)and BeiDou Satellite(BDS)positioning.The results show that:rainfall significantly affects subgrade slope stability,with internal pore water pressure continuously increasing as rainfall infiltrates,accompanied by a gradual expansion of transient saturated zones.Under prolonged heavy rain conditions,the safety factor of subgrade slopes declines rapidly.The proposed relationships among the stability factor,stability state,horizontal displacement at the platform,and warning level provide a reliable basis for setting displacement monitoring and warning thresholds.Through IoT,BDS positioning,cloud platform,and other technologies,real-time intelligent monitoring of subgrade is achieved during extreme rainfall.The triggered warnings effectively prompt on-site personnel to conduct checks,treatments,and verifications,aiding in timely hazard identification and avoiding decision-making delays.This can serve as a reference for ensuring subgrade safety in areas frequently affected by extreme rainfall.
