[研究目的]针对人工智能赋能低空经济发展中理论逻辑有待深化、现实基础有待系统整合、实践路径有待进一步明确的问题,探讨二者耦合发展的内在机理与推进方向,为未来低空经济高质量发展提供参考.[研究方法]按照"理论逻辑-现实基础-实践进路"的总体思路,采用规范分析与现实考察相结合的方法,从生产力、生产关系、生产方式三个维度展开论证,构建人工智能赋能低空经济发展的"三环嵌套"分析框架.[研究结论]人工智能能够通过提升飞行器智能化水平、优化空域资源配置、重塑产业价值链条、推动生产模式变革系统赋能低空经济发展;人工智能与低空经济深度融合具备战略价值、技术支撑与制度保障基础,应从风险防控、协同机制、系统布局与内生动力等方面协同推进.

[Research purpose]In response to the need to deepen theoretical logic,systematically consolidate practical foundations,and further clarify implementation pathways in the development of the low-altitude economy empowered by artificial intelligence,this study explores the internal mechanism and advancement direction of their coupled development,with a view to providing a reference for the future high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.[Research method]Following the analytical line of"theoretical logic—realistic foundation—practical pathway,"this study combines normative analysis with practical investigation,examines the issue from the dimensions of productive forces,production relations,and modes of production,and constructs a three-ring nested analytical framework for AI-empowered low-altitude economy development.[Research conclusion]Artificial intelligence can empower the low-altitude economy by enhancing aircraft intelligence,optimizing airspace resource allocation,reshaping the industrial value chain,and transforming production modes.The deep integration of artificial intelligence and the low-altitude economy is supported by strategic value,technological foundations,and institutional guarantees.Therefore,coordinated efforts should be made in risk prevention and control,collaborative mechanisms,systematic planning,and endogenous driving forces.
