技术适配理论视角下人工智能赋能优秀民族文化传承的实践困境及优化路径OA

[Research purpose]The practical dilemmas of AI-empowered excellent ethnic cultural inheritance stem from the misalignment between technological logic and the core objective of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This study focuses on problems including superficial algorithmic cultural interpretation,obstructed grassroots implementation,and prominent value and data risks,seeking to reveal their internal causes and transmission mechanism.[Research method]Adopting the Technology Fit Theory as the analytical perspective,this study constructs a four-dimensional adaptation framework under value guidance,which takes forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the value guidance,with technology,culture,policy and grassroots as supporting dimensions.Based on this framework,the paper systematically examines the empowering practices and adaptation status.It categorizes dilemmas into four progressive types of misalignment—core,foundational,contextual,and orientational—and analyzes their causal transmission chains,leading to systematic paths for adaptation reconstruction.[Research conclusion]The study finds that the four types of misalignment exhibit a progressive structure of"core-driven,foundation-amplified,context-constrained,and orientation-deviated":the ontological conflict between algorithmic logic and qualitative culture constitutes the core misalignment;lagging data governance constitutes the foundational misalignment;deficiencies in grassroots conditions constitute the contextual misalignment;and value deviation and weakened community consciousness constitute the orientational misalignment.Accordingly,four optimization paths are proposed:building a community-oriented dedicated corpus and establishing a rigid one-veto system for political review;promoting AI adaptation to the requirement of enhancing commonality through grassroots access political assessment;constructing a data security prevention and control mechanism with core red lines and rigid weight parameters;and building an interdisciplinary talent system with political literacy as a rigid indicator.The study demonstrates that the effectiveness of AI-empowered excellent ethnic cultural inheritance should take whether it is conducive to forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the fundamental evaluation criterion.The adaptation of the four dimensions of technology,culture,policy and grassroots must ultimately be unified under value adaptation,serving the fundamental goal of consolidating the sense of Chinese national identity.
