中国制造业企业升级水平测度与多维比较分析OA
Upgrading Level of China's Manufacturing Enterprises:Measurement and Multidimensional Comparative Analysis
[研究目的]围绕国家"制造强国"战略导向、绿色发展时代主题和制造业企业升级实践,突破以往从单一维度衡量企业升级的局限性,从生产效率、价值链水平与绿色发展水平三个维度,构建中国制造业企业升级的评价指标体系,并进行定量测度与多维比较分析,以揭示中国制造业企业升级的特征事实与演化规律.[研究方法]基于 2010-2023年制造业 A 股上市公司数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS 法测算企业升级水平,运用探索性空间分析法进行时空演化与区域差异分析,并比较不同所有制企业的升级差异.[研究结论]第一,十四年间,我国制造业企业升级水平、生产效率、价值链水平和绿色发展水平的全样本均值分别为 0.552、0.148、0.192 和 0.229,对应增长率分别为 16.89%、29.71%、12.00%和 18.43%;第二,我国制造业企业升级的全样本均值呈现显著的空间异质性特征,西部地区(0.559)﹥东部地区(0.553)﹥中部地区(0.551)﹥东北地区(0.540);第三,观测期内国有制造业企业升级水平均值更高,但非国有制造业企业升级水平增速较快,两者间差距呈渐进收敛态势.我国制造业企业升级成效显著但仍有较大提升空间,需协同推进效率提升、价值链攀升与绿色转型,并加强区域间协调发展与创新协同.
[Research purpose]Guided by China's national strategy of building a manufacturing powerhouse,the contemporary theme of green development,and the practical upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,this study breaks through the limitations of previous research that measured enterprise upgrading from a single dimension.It constructs an evaluation index system for China's manufacturing enterprise upgrading from three dimensions—production efficiency,value chain level,and green development level.On this basis,it conducts quantitative measurement and multidimensional comparative analysis to reveal the stylized facts and evolutionary patterns of China's manufacturing enterprise upgrading.[Research method]Based on data from A-share listed manufacturing companies in China from 2010 to 2023,this study employs the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the level of enterprise upgrading,applies exploratory spatial data analysis to examine spatiotemporal evolution and regional differences,and compares upgrading disparities across enterprises of different ownership types.[Research conclusion]First,in the past 14 years,the full sample mean values of the upgrading level,total factor productivity,value chain level and green development level of China's manufacturing enterprises were 0.552,0.148,0.192 and 0.229 respectively,with corresponding growth rates of 16.89%,29.71%,12.0%and 18.43%.Second,the full sample mean value of the upgrading level of Chinese manufacturing enterprises exhibited significant spatial heterogeneity:Western Region(0.559)>Eastern Region(0.553)>Central Region(0.551)>Northeastern Region(0.540).Third,during the observation period,state-owned manufacturing enterprises had a higher average level of upgrading,while non-state-owned manufacturing enterprises experienced faster growth in their upgrading level,indicating a gradual convergence of the gap between the two.China's manufacturing enterprises have achieved remarkable progress in upgrading,yet there remains substantial room for improvement.It is necessary to promote efficiency enhancement,value chain upgrading,and green transformation in a coordinated manner,while strengthening interregional coordinated development and innovation coordination.
