全球人工智能领域科研实力格局与国际合作态势OA
Global AI Research Strength Landscape and International Cooperation Dynamics:A Bibliometric Analysis Based on the Web of Science
[研究目的]人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)作为全球科技竞争的战略制高点,其发展水平已成为衡量一国科技创新能力的重要标志.系统解析全球人工智能科研实力的宏观格局与各国创新合作网络特征,可为我国加快实现人工智能基础前沿领域突破、拓展国际合作网络,以及推动全球人工智能高质量发展提供实证依据与决策参考.[研究方法]基于 Web of Science 数据库,采用文献计量学方法,构建发文数量、被引频次、科研竞争力指数、国际合作活跃度、对华合作偏好等指标,对截至 2025 年 4 月 14 日的 51 496篇 AI 领域核心期刊文献开展系统分析.[研究结论]全球 AI 科研呈现中美领跑、欧亚多国竞合、新兴力量快速崛起的宏观格局,其中美国在学术影响力上占据绝对优势,我国则在科研成果产出规模上稳居前列.在国际合作活跃度层面,各国呈现出从高度依赖型、稳健开放型到相对内生型的光谱分布.值得关注的是,对华合作偏好指标显示,新加坡、巴基斯坦、越南等国在国际合作中对我国展现出较高的合作倾向,而部分欧洲科技强国的合作对象则高度多元化.
[Research purpose]As a strategic high ground in global technological competition,artificial intelligence(AI)represents an important indicator of a country's scientific and technological innovation capability.This study has two interrelated objectives:first,to systematically analyze the global pattern of AI research strength and characteristics of national innovation cooperation networks;second,to provide empirical evidence and policy references for China to achieve breakthroughs in fundamental and cutting-edge AI research,expand international cooperation ties,and advance high-quality global AI development.[Research method]Based on the Web of Science database,this paper adopts bibliometric methods and establishes indicators including publication volume,citation frequency,research competitiveness index,international cooperation intensity and cooperation preference toward China,to systematically analyze 51,496 core journal papers in the AI field published up to April 14,2025.[Research conclusion]The results show that global AI research features a landscape led by China and the United States,competition and cooperation among major European and Asian economies,and the rapid rise of emerging research forces.The United States holds an absolute advantage in academic influence,while China ranks high in the scale of research outputs.Countries fall into a spectrum of international cooperation modes:highly dependent,steadily open and relatively self-reliant.Notably,the indicator of cooperation preference toward China reveals that Singapore,Pakistan,Vietnam and other nations show strong inclinations to cooperate with China,whereas major European technological powers maintain highly diversified cooperative partnerships.
