[Research purpose]As global AI technology advances rapidly,exploring the regulated governance of digital legacy is strategically crucial to mitigating ethical risks in the digital intelligence era and ensuring healthy tech development.[Research method]From the synergistic perspective of technological and social governance,this study reviews the concept and technical features of digital legacy,analyzes its ethical dilemmas and root causes,and synthesizes governance models from domestic and international practices,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for regulating digital legacy and mitigating ethical risks in the digital intelligence era.[Research conclusion]Regulated governance of digital legacy necessitates adhering to the principle of synergistic co-evolution between technological and social governance.By constructing a new framework for ethical governance of science and technology in intelligent society,synergistic optimization of both technological and social dimensions can be achieved,thereby enhancing overall system performance and contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to the global regulated governance of digital legacy.
