Overview of Loss Calculation and Temperature Field Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
凭借高效率、宽转速区间、高功率密度和优良的控制特性,永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)已占据电动汽车驱动系统的核心地位.然而,追求更高功率密度所带来的损耗发热问题日益加剧,使得电机温升成为不容忽视的挑战.电机温升过高不仅导致电机零部件损坏,加速材料老化,缩短使用寿命,更会严重影响整个驱动系统的运行可靠性.因此,对永磁同步电机的温度场进行研究至关重要.深入分析了电机损耗的来源与计算方法,讨论了热量传递路径与传热机制,并针对各研究环节存在的技术难题进行了全面剖析.指出永磁同步电机温度场研究问题是亟须攻克的核心难题.
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is adopted as the core of electric vehicle drive systems due to high efficiency,wide speed range,high power density and excellent control performance.However,with the continuous improvement of power density,heat generation induced by motor losses is regarded as an increasingly severe problem,and temperature rise is taken as a non-negligible challenge.Motor components are damaged,material aging is accelerated,and service life is shortened by excessive temperature rise.Meanwhile,the operational reliability of the entire drive system is seriously impaired.Therefore,investigation on the temperature field of PMSMs is considered extremely essential.The sources and calculation methods of motor losses are systematically analyzed,heat transfer paths and thermal mechanisms are discussed,and the technical bottlenecks existing in each research link are comprehensively summarized.The research on temperature field of permanent magnet synchronous motors is regarded as a core technical problem to be urgently solved.
