李生财基于"亢害承制"理论辨治胃食管反流病经验OA
Li Shengcai's experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the theory of"restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony"
《黄帝内经》所述"亢害承制"理论,以五行生克制化为基础,认为人体应合"亢则害、承乃制"之理,使五脏各循其轨.天地万物皆秉阴阳五行之气,若失其常度应"除亢息乱,俾复承制生化之常序也".李生财基于"亢害承制"理论,并结合胃食管反流病的临床表现,总结出"虚-郁-络损交织为患"为胃食管反流病整个过程中的核心病机,治疗当以补益中焦、恢复承制为核心,兼顾他脏机能,强调"补益中焦,恢复承制;平其所亢,承制他脏;扶正补虚,化瘀通络"的思想,缓解胃食管反流病患者的不适症状,为临床治疗胃食管反流病提供参考.
The theory of"restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony"documented in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor is based on the mutual generation and restraint of the Five Elements,believing that the human body follows the principle of"excessiveness causing harm,while restraint bring harmony"so that the five organs can stay on their own tracks.Everything in the nature possesses the same property as yin,yang and the five elements.If they lose their regularity,counteractions may work to restore their normal balance.Based on this theory and combined with the clinical manifestations of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),Li Shengcai maintains that its core pathogenesis features the intermingling of deficiency,depression and collateral damage.He holds that its treatment should focus on tonifying the middle jiao and restoring its harmony,taking into account the functions of other organs as well.He attaches attention to alleviating the patients'discomfort.It is expected that this paper may provide a reference for the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
