Mn(Ⅱ)对猪粪好氧堆肥过程中氮转化及微生物群落的影响研究OA
Roles of Mn(Ⅱ)in the Transformation of Nitrogen and Structure of Microbial Community during Aerobic Composting of Swine Manure
研究利用Mn(Ⅱ)作为添加剂,在猪粪堆肥中添加不同水平的MnSO4(0、0.25%和0.5%),分别表示为CK,0.25 Mn和0.5 Mn处理,进行了为期35 d的好氧堆肥试验,以探究Mn(Ⅱ)添加对猪粪堆肥氮转化的影响.结果表明:添加Mn(Ⅱ)能够显著延长堆肥的嗜热期,提高堆肥过程中微生物的活性及有机物的分解效率,并降低NH3-N和N2O-N的排放.Mn(Ⅱ)添加剂有效促进了氮的转化和固定,特别是在0.5Mn处理条件下,显著增加了堆肥产品的氮含量.此外,Mn(Ⅱ)的添加还改善了堆肥过程中的微生物群落结构,特别是增加了氮转化相关菌群的富集,优化了堆肥的微生物生态环境.总体而言,Mn(Ⅱ)添加剂通过多方面的优化作用,提升了堆肥的整体质量.
This study investigated the effects of Mn(Ⅱ)addition on nitrogen transformation during pig manure composting.Different levels of MnSO4(0%,0.25%,and 0.5%)were added to pig manure com-posting,designated as CK,0.25 Mn,and 0.5 Mn treatments,respectively,in a 35-day aerobic compos-ting experiment.The results demonstrated that the addition of Mn(Ⅱ)significantly extended the ther-mophilic phase,enhanced microbial activity and organic matter decomposition efficiency,and reduced the emissions of NH3-N and N2O_N.The Mn(Ⅱ)amendments effectively promoted nitrogen transformation and fixation,with the 0.5 Mn treatment notably increasing the nitrogen content in the final compost.Fur-thermore,the inclusion of Mn(Ⅱ)improved the microbial community structure during composting,partic-ularly by enriching nitrogen-transforming microbial populations,thereby optimizing the microbial ecologi-cal environment of the compost.Overall,Mn(Ⅱ)supplementation contributed to multiple aspects of process optimization,elevating the overall quality of the compost.
