褐藻寡糖对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、免疫性能、血清抗氧化能力及肠道发育的影响OA
Effects of Alginate Oligosaccharide on Growth Performance,Immune Performance,Serum Antioxidant Capacity and Intestinal Development in Cherry Valley Ducks
研究旨在探究饲粮中添加褐藻寡糖(Alginate Oligosaccharides,AOS)对肉鸭生长性能、免疫性能、血清抗氧化能力与肠道发育的影响.选取1日龄健康樱桃谷肉鸭480只(公母各半),随机设置分为4个组,每个设置组6个重复,每个重复组20只樱桃谷肉鸭.对照组饲喂不添加AOS的基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg的AOS,试验期42 d.试验结束后,称重,计算生长性能,检测免疫指标、血清抗氧化指标,采集十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织制作石蜡切片.结果表明:与对照组相比,200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组显著降低樱桃谷鸭22~42 d阶段和1~42 d全阶段的F/G,200 mg/kg组显著提高1~42 d全阶段的ADG(P<0.05);200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组显著提高42 d樱桃谷鸭的胸腺指数、血清中IgA和IgG的含量、血清中抗炎因子IL-10和TGF-β的水平,显著降低血清中促炎因子IL-1β的水平(P<0.05);200 mg/kg组显著提高42 d樱桃谷鸭血清中SOD的含量,100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组均显著降低42 d樱桃谷鸭血清中MDA的水平(P<0.05);200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组显著提高樱桃谷鸭42 d时十二指肠的重量、空肠的重量、空肠的绒毛高度、回肠的绒毛高度,100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg组均显著降低42 d樱桃谷鸭回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg AOS对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、免疫性能、血液抗氧化能力及肠道发育具有较好的促进作用.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Alginate Oligo-saccharides(AOS)on the growth performance,immune performance,serum antioxidant capacity,and in-testinal development of meat ducks.A total of 480 healthy one-day-old Cherry Valley ducks(half male and half female)were randomly assigned to four groups,each with six replicates of 20 ducks.The control group received a basal diet without AOS,while the experimental groups were supplemented with 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,and 400 mg/kg AOS in the basal diet.The trial lasted for 42 days.At the end of the ex-periment,body weight was measured to calculate growth performance parameters.Immune indices and se-rum antioxidant markers were measured,and tissue samples from duodenal,jejunal,and ileal were col-lected to prepare paraffin sections.The results showed that compared with the control group,supplemen-tation with 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg AOS significantly reduced the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)during both the 22-42 d period and the entire 1-42 d period,while 200 mg/kg AOS significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)during the full 1-42 d phase(P<0.05).Ducks in the 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg groups exhibited significantly higher thymus indices,increased serum levels of IgA and IgG,and elevated anti-in-flammatory cytokines(IL-10 and TGF-β),along with significantly reduced levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1β at 42 d(P<0.05).The addition of 200 mg/kg AOS significantly increased the serum super-oxide dismutase(SOD)activity,while 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,and 400 mg/kg AOS significantly reduced the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)levels at day 42(P<0.05).Furthermore,200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg groups significantly increased the weights of duodenum and jejunum,as well as the villus height in the je-junum and ileum at day 42.Additionally,all AOS-supplemented groups had significantly decreased crypt depth in the ileum at day 42(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 200 mg/kg AOS ef-fectively enhances growth performance,immune performance,blood antioxidant capacity,and intestinal development in Cherry Valley ducks,suggesting its potential as a functional feed additive in duck produc-tion.
