舰船电子信息系统发展与关键技术发展研究OA
Research on the Development and Key Technology of Ship Electronic Information Systems
面向多域一体化作战,舰船电子信息系统正由分系统简单堆叠演进为以网络、射频、计算、安全四大底座深度耦合的整体体系.论文首先梳理欧美及日韩主力舰艇在开放式体系、综合射频、有源相控阵、异构计算云与综合电力系统等方面的最新进展;随后结合我国舰船及无人平台工程实践,总结全舰计算环境等关键成果.在此基础上,文章聚焦人工智能深度融合、分布式联合防御与标准化开放架构三大趋势,分析后续突破重点,提出以顶层设计、产业链协同为抓手,推进架构标准化、载荷软件化、算网智能化,为后续舰船电子体系研发与标准制定提供参考.
For the requirements of multi-domain integrated operations,ship electronic information systems are evolving from a loose collection of subsystems into a fully integrated architecture underpinned by five tightly coupled pillars,which are network-ing,RF sensing,computing,security and energy.This paper first reviews recent advances in major U.S.,European,Japanese and Korean surface combatants in open architectures,integrated RF apertures,GaN AESA arrays,heterogeneous computing clouds and integrated power systems.Then,based on Chinese ship and unmanned-platform practice,this paper summarizes key achieve-ments,such as total ship computing environments.On this basis,four converging trends are analyzed,such as deep AI fusion,dis-tributed cooperative defence,power-supply solutions for high-energy weapons,and modular open systems.The paper identifies fu-ture breakthrough priorities,and recommends developing architecture standardization,software-defined payloads,intelligent com-puting network convergence and energy-information integration,based on top-level design,industrial collaboration and a robust le-gal-ethical framework.It will guide subsequent R&D and standard-setting for ship electronic systems.
