数字化技术在显微根尖手术中的应用与展望OA
Application and prospect of digital technology in endodontic microsurgery
显微根尖手术在疑难病例中的应用常因解剖结构复杂导致根尖定位困难而受限.数字化技术的引入为解决这一难题提供了新思路.本文针对静态导板、动态导航及机器人技术辅助显微根尖手术操作流程、临床应用注意事项、准确性、关键影响因素及临床应用考量进行系统阐述.通过临床病例展示数字化技术在疑难显微根尖手术中的成功应用,为临床医师开展此类手术提供参考,并对数字化技术推动显微根尖手术向智能化、标准化和微创化发展方向进行展望.
The application of endodontic microsurgery in complex cases is often limited by difficulties in apex local-ization due to complex anatomical structures.The introduction of digital technologies has provided a novel approach to address this challenge.This article reviews the operational workflows,clinical application points,accuracy,key influenc-ing factors,and clinical application considerations of static navigation,dynamic navigation,and robotic system assis-tance in endodontic microsurgery.Clinical cases are presented to demonstrate the successful application of digital tech-nologies in managing complex endodontic microsurgeries,providing references for clinicians performing such cases.Fur-thermore,the future direction of digital technologies in endodontic microsurgery toward intelligence,standardization,and minimally invasive development is discussed.
