剖析河南封丘、河南新密、山东平邑、宁夏中卫 4 个产区的金银花样本中化合物构成,并建立产地溯源模型,为金银花道地性鉴别及产业规范化发展提供技术支撑;超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用技术(UHPLC-HRMS)结合色质谱数据分析软件 AntDAS-DDA 进行化合物信息提取、对齐、差异性成分筛查以及化合物鉴定,基于筛选的差异性代谢物评价 4种经典化学计量学方法构建的产地判别模型;最终筛选并鉴定出 11 种类别共 62 个差异代谢物,涵盖黄酮类、香豆素类、酚酸类等.基于上述差异代谢物构建PLS-DA 模型拟合度及预测能力良好(R2>0.9,Q2>0.8),可准确区分4 个产区的金银花样本,模型准确率为 98.60%;不同产区金银花的差异代谢物存在显著差异,其中新密产区黄酮类化合物含量较高,封丘产区中萜类成分更为丰富,所建立的产地判别模型能够有效区分样本来源.研究结果有望为我国金银花产业规范化发展提供支持.

The chemical compositions of Lonicerae japonicae Flos samples from four producing areas—Fengqiu,Henan;Xinmi,Henan;Pingyi,Shandong and Zhongwei,Ningxia—were analyzed,and a geographic origin traceability model was established to provide technical support for the authentic identification of Lonicerae japonicae Flos and the standardized development of the Lonicerae japonicae Flos industry.Ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry(UHPLC-HRMS)and the data analysis software AntDAS-DDA were used for compound data extraction,alignment,screening of differential components,and compound identification.Geographic origin discrimination models constructed using four classical chemometric methods were evaluated based on the screened differential metabolites.A total of 62 differential metabolites belonging to 11 categories,including flavonoids,coumarins,and phenolic acids,were screened and identified.The partial least-squares discriminant analysis model,constructed based on the differential metabolites,exhibited excellent goodness of fit and predictive ability(R2>0.9,Q2>0.8)and accurately distinguished Lonicerae japonicae Flos samples from the four producing areas,with a model accuracy of 98.60%.Significant differences were found in differential metabolites of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different producing regions.Lonicerae japonicae Flos from Xinmi area had higher flavonoid contents,while Fengqiu-derived samples were richer in terpenoids.The established origin discrimination model could effectively differentiate sample origins.These results are expected to facilitate the standardized development of the Loniceras japonicas Flos industry in China.
