为实现框支承式玻璃幕墙与相连两塔楼间的变形协调,提出了一种对称型摩擦连接节点.阐述了该节点的构造形式,并通过试验研究和数值模拟,评估了其变形能力和抗震性能.共开展了五种工况加载试验,分析了使用模具弹簧、施加挂载以及板件磨损等对节点抗震性能的影响.研究结果表明,采用预压模具弹簧可显著提高节点的摩擦滑动稳定性,建议在节点构造中采用.随着板件磨损程度加深,节点滑动摩擦力有所增加,摩擦滑动平稳性下降.采用ABAQUS建立了节点的数值模型,定量评估了节点滑动行为和耗能特性.在±225.00 mm位移内,主体部件始终保持弹性,表明节点具有低损伤特性.该对称型摩擦连接节点实现了风荷载下固定连接、小震后起滑、大震下可协调相连塔楼变形的设计目标.

To achieve deformation coordination between a frame-supported glass curtain wall and the two connected towers,a joint with a symmetric friction connection(SFC)was proposed.The configuration of the joint was described,and its deformation capacity and seismic performance were investigated through cyclic loading tests and numerical analysis.Tests under five loading cases examined the effects of die spring usage,axial force application,and plate wear on the seismic performance of the joint.This study indicated that pre-compressed die springs provided a stable and uniform frictional sliding behavior,making their adoption recommended in the design.Plate wear was found to increase sliding resistance but reduce sliding stability.A finite element(FE)model was developed using ABAQUS to quantitatively evaluate the sliding behavior and energy dissipation characteristics.Within a±225.00 mm displacement range,the main components remained elastic,demonstrating the low-damage characteristics of the joint.The SFC achieves the design objectives of wind-load stability,post-frequent-earthquake sliding activation,and rare-earthquake deformation coordination with the connected towers.
