粪菌移植调控猪肠道微生物的作用机制及在生产中的应用研究进展OA
Research progress on the mechanisms of fecal microbiota transplantation in modulating porcine gut microbiota and its application in production
粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)作为一种重要的微生物组干预手段,在调控猪肠道微生物组成与功能方面展现出巨大潜力.FMT 可通过重塑肠道菌群结构、调节肠道代谢谱、增强肠道屏障完整性及调控宿主免疫应答等多种途径,在防控仔猪断奶后腹泻、提升生长性能、改善肉品质等方面发挥关键作用.尽管目前 FMT 技术仍存在标准化体系不完善、长期安全性有待验证等问题,但随着微生物组学技术的不断发展,其在畜牧生产领域仍具有广阔的应用前景.因此,深入解析并精准应用 FMT,有望从微生物层面推动生猪健康养殖与精准育种的创新发展.本文系统综述了 FMT 对猪肠道微生物的作用机制及其在养猪生产中的应用研究进展,探究了猪源 FMT 在异种移植模型构建中的应用价值,以期为畜牧生产的可持续增效提供新的思路与方向.
As a crucial microbiome intervention strategy,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)demonstrates significant potential in modulating the composition and function of porcine gut microbiota.FMT plays a key role in preventing and controlling post-weaning diarrhea,improving growth performance,and enhancing meat quality via multiple pathways,including reshaping the gut microbial community structure,regulating intestinal metabolic profiles,enhancing intestinal barrier integrity,and modulating host immune responses.Although current FMT technology still faces challenges such as insufficient standardization and unverified long-term safety,with the continuous advancement of microbiome technologies,FMT holds broad prospects for application in livestock production.Therefore,a thorough understanding and precise application of FMT hold the potential to drive innovative developments in pig health management and precision breeding from a microbial perspective.This paper systematically reviewed the mechanisms through which FMT influences porcine gut microbiota and the research progress of its application in swine production.Additionally,the application value of porcine-derived FMT in constructing xenotransplantation models was discussed,aiming to offer a new strategic direction for enhancing sustainability of livestock production.
