为提升优良种牛的繁殖效率、加速育种遗传进展、支持种质资源保护,并优化不同品种牛的超数排卵方案,试验以晋南牛、西门塔尔牛、中国荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象,比较中国荷斯坦奶牛和西门塔尔牛两种超数排卵方案(16 d和 21 d)的胚胎生产效果;探索 4 种促卵泡素(FSH)总剂量(450,480,500,540 μg)对晋南牛超数排卵效果的影响;评估 30,50 d 两种超数排卵时间间隔期对晋南牛重复超数排卵胚胎生产效果的影响.结果表明:16 d 超数排卵方案西门塔尔牛和中国荷斯坦奶牛的平均胚胎总数和平均可用胚胎数均显著高于 21 d 超数排卵方案(P<0.05);晋南牛以500 μg FSH 总剂量超数排卵效果最佳,平均胚胎总数与平均可用胚胎数分别为5.86,4.00 枚,均显著高于其他剂量组(P<0.05);30 d 与 50 d 间隔下,晋南牛胚胎产出量未出现显著下降(P>0.05).说明 16 d 超数排卵方案为中国荷斯坦奶牛、西门塔尔牛的最优超数排卵方案,500 μg FSH 对晋南牛的超数排卵效果最佳且超数排卵时间间隔对胚胎产出量无显著影响.

To enhance the reproductive efficiency of elite beef and dairy cattle,accelerate genetic improvement,and support the conservation of germplasm resources,this study optimized superovulation protocols for various cattle breeds.Using Jinnan cattle,Simmental cattle,and Chinese Holstein cattle as research subjects,the study first compared the efficacy of two superovulation protocols(16-day and 21-day)in Chinese Holstein cattle and Simmental cattle.Subsequently,it explored the effects of four total doses of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)(450,480,500,and 540 μg)on the superovulation response in Jinnan cattle.Finally,the study evaluated the impact of two different intervals(30 days and 50 days)on the performance of repeated superovulation in Jinnan cattle.The results indicated that the average total number of embryos and the average number of available embryos of Simmental cattle and Chinese Holstein cattle in the 16-day superovulation protocol were significantly higher than those in the 21-day superovulation protocol(P<0.05).For Jinnan cattle,a total FSH dose of 500 μg yielded the best results,with the average total number of embryos and transferable embryos reaching 5.86 and 4.00,respectively—both were significantly higher than those of other dosage groups(P<0.05).The evaluation of repeated superovulation intervals showed no significant decrease in the embryo yield of Jinnan cattle at intervals of 30 and 50 days(P>0.05).The results showed that the 16 d superovulation scheme is the optimal superovulation scheme for Chinese Holstein cattle and Simmental cattle.The 500 μg FSH has the best superovulation effect on Jinnan cattle and the superovulation time interval has no significant effect on embryo production.
