为阐明嫩江干流嫩江市段鱼类多样性现状及资源变化趋势,于 2024 年 9 月 13-17 日、9 月 24-28日分两次对该江段白脸山段、繁荣村后滩段及嫩莫浮桥段开展专项调查.采用网捕监测、市场走访及跟船观测相结合的方法,明确网具规格、布设方案,运用相对重要性指数(IRI)、Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数等量化分析鱼类群落特征.结果显示,调查区域共记录鱼类 34 种,隶属于 4 目 10 科 30 属,累计捕获 948 尾,总重量 59.89 kg,平均网次捕获 28 尾/1.78 kg;鲤形目占比 67.65%(23 种),为优势类群;IRI 指数分级显示,首次调查优势种为花(䱻)(Hemi-barbus maculatus)、犬首鮈(Gobio cynocephalus)等(呈小型化趋势),第二次调查优势种为东北雅罗鱼(Leuciscus wa-leckii)、马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens);分段多样性指数显示,Shannon-Wiener 指数(H′)介于 1.6~2.0 之间,Pielou 均匀度指数(J′)0.52~0.63,Margalef 丰富度指数(D)4.21~4.87,整体处于较低水平.与历史记录的 66 种相比,物种数量减少 48.48%,渔业资源呈显著衰退态势.

To clarify the current status of fish diversity and the changing trend of fishery resources in the Nenjiang River mainstream at Nenjiang City section,the survey team conducted two special investigations from September 13 to 17 and September 24 to 28,2024,covering the Bilianshan section,the back beach section behind Fanrong Vil-lage,and the Nenmo Floating Bridge section of this river section.Combining the methods of net fishing monitoring,market visits,and on-board observation,the specifications and layout plan of fishing nets were determined,and the Index of Relative Importance(IRI)and Shannon-Wiener diversity index were used to quantitatively analyze the community characteristics of fish.The results showed that a total of 34 fish species were recorded in the survey are-a,belonging to 4 orders,10 families,and 30 genera,with a cumulative catch of 948 individuals and a total weight of 59.89 kg,and an average catch of 28 individuals/1.78 kg per net operation.Cypriniformes accounted for 67.65%(23 species),which was the dominant group.The classification of IRI index showed that the dominant species in the first survey were Hemibarbus maculatusand Gobio cynocephalus(showing a miniaturization trend),while those in the second survey were Leuciscus waleckii and Opsariichthys bidens.The sectional diversity indices indicated that the Shannon-Wiener index(H′)ranged from 1.6 to 2.0,the Pielou evenness index(J′)from 0.52 to 0.63,and the Margalef richness index(D)from 4.21 to 4.87,all at a relatively low level.Compared with the historical record of 66 species,the number of species decreased by 48.48%,indicating a significant decline in fishery re-sources.
