地表水与地下水对小龙虾稻田养殖效果影响的对照实验OA

Comparative experiment on the effects of surface water and groundwater on culture performance of red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)in rice-crayfish fields

伴随国内经济发展与市场消费需求的持续升级,小龙虾养殖产业已形成体系,东北地区探索出的稻虾综合种养模式,已成为推动当地生态循环农业发展的主要模式之一.为明确适合东北地区稻田养殖小龙虾的水源类型,该实验设置地表水(灌溉水)和地下水(井水)2 个处理组,每组 3 块重复稻田(每块 1 亩),通过 50 d 养殖周期,监测水质指标、小龙虾生长情况及经济效益情况等.结果显示:地表水组平均水温(25.3±1.2)℃、溶解氧(7.0±0.8)mg/L 均显著(P<0.05)高于地下水组的水温(23.1±0.9)℃、溶解氧(5.0±0.6)mg/L;地表水组收获小龙虾平均体重(45.6±2.8)g 显著(P<0.05)高于地下水组的(42.1±1.9)g.地表水组回捕率(55.2±1.2)%,略高于地下水组回捕率(54.3±1.1)%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);经济效益方面,地表水组亩利润(567.2±32.4)元,显著(P<0.05)高于地下水组的(376.6±27.6)元.在该实验条件下,地表水因温度适宜、溶解氧充足、天然饵料丰富,更适合作为东北地区稻田养殖小龙虾的水源.若仅能使用地下水,需增加成本,采取有效的处理措施,以改善地下水水质,满足小龙虾的生长需求.

With the continuous development of the domestic economy and the upgrading of market consumption de-mand,the red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)industry has developed into a complete industrial system.The integrated rice-crayfish farming model explored in Northeast China has become one of the major models driving the development of local ecological circular agriculture.To identify the optimal water source for crayfish culture in rice fields in Northeast China,two treatments,namely surface water(irrigation water)and groundwater(well water),were set up in this experiment,with three replicate rice fields(1 mu per field)in each treatment.Water quality parameters,growth performance and economic benefits of crayfish were monitored during the 50-day culture period.The results showed that the average water temperature(25.3±1.2)℃and dissolved oxygen(7.0±0.8)mg/L in the surface water group were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in the groundwater group(23.1±0.9)℃and(5.0±0.6)mg/L,respectively.The average harvest weight of crayfish in the surface water group(45.6±2.8)g was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in the groundwater group(42.1±1.9)g.The recapture rate of the sur-face water group was(55.2±1.2)%,slightly higher than(54.3±1.1)%of the groundwater group,with no signifi-cant difference(P>0.05).For economic benefits,the profit per mu in the surface water group reached(567.2±32.4)yuan,which was significantly higher(P<0.05)than(376.6±27.6)yuan in the groundwater group.Under the conditions of this experiment,surface water is more suitable for crayfish culture in rice fields in Northeast China due to its suitable temperature,sufficient dissolved oxygen,and abundant natural food organisms.If only groundwa-ter is available,extra costs and effective treatment measures should be adopted to improve water quality so as to meet the growth requirements of crayfish.
