水温与溶解氧协同作用对斑鳠胚胎发育的影响OA

为研究水温与溶解氧协同作用对斑鳠(Mystus guttatus)胚胎发育的影响,于 2025 年 8 月 2-4 日在贵州省罗甸县罗悃镇开展可控环境孵化试验.试验以模拟自然河道水体溶解氧水平(4.0±0.5)mg/L 为对照组,并设置试验 1 组(5.5±0.5)mg/L 和试验 2 组(7.0±0.5)mg/L 两个增氧试验组.每个溶解氧组别内部分别设置 25℃、26℃、27℃、28℃、29℃五个温度梯度平行小组,每个平行小组投放胚胎3 000 粒.结果显示,对照组、试验1 组与试验 2 组的平均出苗率分别为 12.11%、18.87%与 31.21%,各试验组平均出苗率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且在各温度梯度下均呈现一致的显著性提升(P<0.01).在溶解氧(7.0±0.5)mg/L、水温(28±1)℃的组合条件下,出苗率达到峰值 40.03%.研究表明,水温与溶解氧对斑鳠胚胎发育存在显著的协同效应,通过提升溶解氧水平并精准控制适宜水温,可极大优化斑鳠胚胎孵化效能,确定溶解氧 7 mg/L、水温 28℃为其最优孵化条件.

To investigate the synergistic effects of water temperature and dissolved oxygen(DO)on the embryonic development of Mystus guttatus,a controlled-environment incubation experiment was conducted in Luokun Town,Luodian County,Guizhou Province,from August 2 to 4,2025.The control group was set at a DO level simulating natural river water(4.0±0.5)mg/L,while two oxygen-enhanced groups were established:Group 1(5.5±0.5)mg/L and Group 2(7.0±0.5)mg/L.Within each DO group,five parallel temperature gradients(25℃,26℃,27℃,28℃,29℃)were arranged,with 3 000 embryos per replicate.The results showed that the average hatch-ing rates of the control group,Group 1 and Group 2 were 12.11%,18.87%and 31.21%,respectively.The average hatching rates of both experimental groups were extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),with consistent significant increases at all temperature gradients(P<0.01).The peak hatching rate of 40.03%was achieved at DO(7.0±0.5)mg/L and water temperature(28±1)℃.This study demonstrated that wa-ter temperature and DO exerted significant synergistic effects on the embryonic development of Mystus guttatus.In-creasing DO level and precisely controlling suitable water temperature can greatly improve the embryonic hatching efficiency of Mystus guttatus,with the optimal hatching conditions determined as 7 mg/L DO and 28℃water tem-perature.
