凡纳滨对虾"棚塘接续"养殖的最佳转塘规格与综合效益分析OA
Optimum size for pond transfer and comprehensive benefit analysis of"sequential pond culture"in Litopenaeus vannamei farming
为解决凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)传统直放苗模式前期养殖风险高、效益不稳定的问题,本研究对"温棚标粗—池塘养成"接续模式的关键参数进行了优化,并系统评价了其综合效益.实验以直接投放1.0 cm仔虾为对照(CK),设立 2.0、3.0、4.0 cm 三个标粗规格组(S2.0、S3.0、S4.0),开展池塘养成对比试验(n=3),测定各组的生长性能、饲料利用效率及经济效益.结果表明,S3.0 组养成成活率最高,达(82.5±3.8)%,显著高于CK 组(65.2±7.1)%和 S2.0 组;该组单位面积产量为(8 842±348)kg/hm2,净利润达(123 760±7 912)元/hm2,均显著优于 CK 组与 S2.0 组;同时,其投资回报率(73.7±4.7)%显著高于 S4.0 组.综上,3.0 cm 是本研究中"棚塘接续"养殖模式的最佳转塘规格,该模式可显著提升养殖成活率与经济效益,具备良好的推广应用价值.
To address the problems of high early-phase risks and unstable returns in the traditional direct-stocking model of Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei),this study optimized the key parameters of the"green-house nursery-pond grow-out"relay culture system and evaluated its comprehensive benefits.The experiment used directly stocked postlarvae(1.0 cm)as the control(CK)and established three nursery-size groups:2.0 cm(S2.0),3.0 cm(S3.0),and 4.0 cm(S4.0).A pond grow-out comparison trial(n=3)was conducted,during which growth performance,feed utilization efficiency,and economic benefits were measured.The results showed that the S3.0 group achieved the highest grow-out survival rate(82.5±3.8)%,which was significantly higher than that of the CK group(65.2±7.1)%and the S2.0 group.The yield per unit area of the S3.0 group was(8 842±348)kg/ha,and its net profit reached(123 760±7 912)CNY/ha,both significantly superior to those of the CK and S2.0 groups.Moreover,its return on investment(73.7±4.7)%was significantly higher than that of the S4.0 group.In conclusion,a nursery size of 3.0 cm is the optimal stocking specification for the"greenhouse-pond re-lay"culture system in this study.This model can significantly improve grow-out survival rates and economic re-turns,demonstrating good potential for widespread application.
