温度对水产饲料腐败过程中细菌多样性及群落结构的影响OA

基于 16S rRNA 基因,采用高通量测序技术,分析水产饲料在不同温度下腐败过程中细菌多样性及群落结构变化.将水产饲料置于 25℃、30℃、35℃温度条件下,5 d 取样富集培养细菌,提取总 DNA,Illumina Miseq 测序并分析测序结果.结果表明,在整个腐败过程中,不同温度下的水产饲料中的细菌群落多样性均呈现先上升后逐渐下降的趋势.在属水平上,芽孢杆菌属为优势菌属,其占比为 54.08%,其次为肠球菌属和赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属,占比分别为 15.24%、13.39%.该研究分析了不同温度下,水产饲料在腐败过程中的细菌多样性及群落结构的变化规律,为实现水产饲料的生产以及提升品质稳定性提供了理论依据.

Using high-throughput sequencing based on the 16S rRNA gene,we investigated the temporal dynamics of bacterial diversity and community structure in an aquatic feed subjected to spoilage under different temperature conditions.The feed was incubated at 25 ℃,30 ℃,and 35 ℃ for 30 days,and samples were collected every five days for bacterial enrichment,total DNA extraction,and Illumina MiSeq sequencing.The results showed that bacte-rial diversity in the feed exhibited an initial increase followed by a gradual decline across all temperature treatments during the spoilage process.At the genus level,Bacillus was the dominant taxon,accounting for 54.08%of the community,followed by Enterococcus(15.24%)and Lysinibacillus(13.39%).This study characterizes the chan-ges in bacterial diversity and community composition in aquatic feed during spoilage under varying temperature con-ditions,providing a theoretical basis for improving feed production and enhancing product stability.
