不同温度下蒙古鲌幼鱼耗氧率和窒息点探究OA

水温是影响鱼类代谢与生存的关键环境因子,蒙古鲌(Erythroculter mongolicus)作为中国重要的淡水经济鱼类,其幼鱼对水温与溶解氧的适应性研究对养殖与运输具有重要指导意义.该研究采用静水封闭式呼吸室法,在 20℃、25℃和 30℃三个温度梯度下,系统测定了蒙古鲌幼鱼(体重1.86±0.21 g,每组24 尾)的耗氧率和窒息点.研究结果表明,随着水温升高,蒙古鲌幼鱼的耗氧率与窒息点显著上升.30℃组的耗氧率为(0.218±0.014)mg/(g·h),窒息点为(0.46±0.06)mg/L,均显著高于 20℃和 25℃组(P<0.05).幼鱼全部死亡时间随温度升高而缩短,20℃、25℃和 30℃组分别为 185 min、138 min 和 63 min.因此,在养殖与运输过程中,应根据水温变化及时调控水体溶解氧,合理控制养殖密度,从而提升幼鱼存活率与经济效益.

Water temperature is a key environmental factor influencing fish metabolism and survival.Erythroculter mongolicus is an economically important freshwater fish species in China.Understanding the adaptability of its ju-veniles to water temperature and dissolved oxygen is crucial for aquaculture and transportation practices.In this study,the static closed respiratory chamber method was used to systematically determine the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation point of juvenile E.mongolicus(Body weight(1.86±0.21)g,24 fish per temperature group)at three temperature gradients:20℃,25℃,and 30℃.The results showed that as water temperature increased,both the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation point of the juveniles significantly increased.At 30℃,the oxy-gen consumption rate and asphyxiation point were(0.218±0.014)mg/(g·h)and(0.46±0.06)mg/L,respec-tively,which were significantly higher than those at 20℃and 25℃(P<0.05).The time until all juveniles died decreased with increasing temperature,with recorded durations of 185 min,138 min,and 63 min at 20℃,25℃,and 30℃,respectively.Therefore,in aquaculture and transportation,dissolved oxygen levels should be regulated promptly according to water temperature,and stocking density should be managed appropriately to enhance juvenile survival and economic efficiency.
