气泡的聚并与破碎过程通过改变气泡尺寸分布显著影响静态混合器的混合及传质效率.通过计算流体力学-群体平衡模型(CFD-PBM)耦合方法研究四旋静态混合器(FKSM)内气泡聚并与破碎行为.基于实验数据,对比分析了8种模型组合对量纲为1索特平均直径(d32/D0)的预测结果.可以发现,在雷诺数(Re)为18200和分散相体积分数为0.05时,与其他的聚并破碎模型相比,Luo-Lehr模型预测的d32/D0与实验值之间的平均偏差为2.68%.此外,还揭示了气含率和气泡尺寸分布的变化规律,并讨论了元件长径比(Ar)和量纲为1间距比(Gp/D0)对混合特性的影响.研究表明,四旋静态混合器(FKSM)内的径向气含率与气泡数量密度均呈现双峰分布趋势.当Ar 为1.5时,旋流元件能够优化流体的流动路径并有效促进气泡破碎,FKSM具有较好的气液分散混合性能.在能耗与传质特性方面,Gp/D0为0.25时表现较好.

The bubble coalescence and breakup processes significantly influence the mixing and mass transfer efficiency of static mixers by changing the bubble size distribution.The bubble coalescence and breakup behaviors in the static mixer with four spiral leaves(FKSM)was studied by CFD-PBM coupling method.Based on the experimental data,the prediction results of eight model combinations on the dimensionless Sauter mean diameter(d32/D0)were analyzed.When the Reynolds number(Re)was 18200 and the dispersed phase volume fraction was 0.05,the average deviation between the d32/D0 predicted by Luo-Lehr model and the experimental value was 2.68%compared with other coalescence and breakup models.Furthermore,the variation law of gas holdup and bubble size distribution was revealed,and the influences of the element aspect ratio(Ar)and dimensionless spacing ratio(Gp/D0)on the mixing characteristics were also discussed.The results demonstrated that the radial gas holdup and bubble number density in FKSM showed a bimodal distribution trend.When the Ar was 1.5,the swirling element could optimize the flow path of fluids and effectively promote bubble breakup,and FKSM had better gas-liquid dispersive mixing performance.In terms of energy consumption and mass transfer characteristics,Gp/D0=0.25 performed well.
