为满足黑龙江省区域经济发展对复合型教师的新要求,在产教融合背景下,高职师范类院校积极探索构建儿童教育服务专业群,从育人模式、课程体系构建、教师队伍、教学实践等方面研究其建设路径,旨在培养高素质复合型小幼教师及教育机构工作人员,为高职师范类专业高质量发展提供实践参考.
To meet the new requirements for interdisciplinary teachers in the regional economic development of Heilongjiang Province and under the background of industry-education integration,the higher vocational normal colleges should actively explore to build the professional groups of children's education services,and research the construction path in education models,curriculum system building,teaching groups,and teaching practice so as to cultivate the high-quality and interdisciplinary early childhood teachers and educational institution staff,and provide the practical references for high-quality development of vocational college teacher-training major.
