新风井马头门全断面支护技术研究与应用OA
Research and application of full section support technology for horsehead door in new air shaft
煤矿井筒马头门由于断面大、硐室密集,极易发生变形,一直是支护控制的难点.以东庞新风井马头门为工程背景,分析了变形特征,主要表现为喷层脱落、锚杆索支护失效等,并分析了变形的主要原因.针对其变形特点,提出了全断面支护理念,锚杆、锚索、注浆、架棚等在巷道周边形成3层加固拱,可有效提高围岩的承载能力,保证长期稳定.由此确定了锚杆索+注浆+U钢+混凝土的全断面支护方案,有效控制了马头门的变形,可为类似条件下的马头门治理提供参考.
Due to the large cross-section and dense chambers,the horsehead door of the shaft in the coal mine is prone to deformation,which has always been the difficulty of support control.The horsehead door of Dongpang new air shaft was taken as the engineering background,the deformation characteristics were analyzed,which were mainly manifested as spray layer falling off and anchor cable support failure,and the main causes of deformation are analyzed.In view of its deformation characteristics,the concept of comprehensive section support was put forward.Bolts,anchor cables,grouting and sheds formed three-layer reinforcement arches around the roadway,which could effectively improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock and ensure long-term stability.Therefore,the full-section support scheme of anchor cable+grouting+U steel+concrete was determined,which effectively controlled the deformation of the ingate,and provided reference for the treatment of the ingate under similar conditions.
