岩巷硬岩层位掘进中爆破方案优化及其应用OA
Optimization and application of blasting scheme in excavation of hard rock strata
为了实现在矿井硬岩巷道中的快速掘进,综合考虑了装药方式、炮眼布置方式、装药量等多种因素对进尺的影响,通过采用下台阶区中空炮眼双七孔爆破、下台阶区垂直平行炮孔分区掏槽爆破和下台阶主爆、掏槽分区爆破等方法,进行多轮对比试验,并对试验效果中的炮后抛石距离、单次进尺、对安全设施的破坏程度等方面进行实测、统计,分析得出:采用下台阶主爆、掏槽分区爆破方案效果最优,可实现炮后平均进尺2.0m,平均抛石距离10.4m(左侧)、21.5m(右侧),其抛射距离最短,对设施破坏影响程度最低.该技术在类似地质条件的开拓大巷掘进中可推广应用.
To realize rapid excavation in hard rock roadways of mines,the influences of multiple factors such as charging mode,borehole layout and charge quantity on excavation advance were comprehensively considered.Multiple comparative tests were conducted by adopting blasting methods including double seven-hole hollow borehole blasting,zoned cut blasting with vertical parallel boreholes and zoned blasting for main and cut blasting in the lower bench area.The post-blasting rock throwing distance,single blasting advance and damage degree to safety facilities in the test results were measured and statistically analyzed.It was concluded that the scheme of zoned blasting for main and cut blasting in the lower bench area presented the optimal performance.An average single blasting advance of 2.0 meters was achieved,with the average rock throwing distance of 10.4 meters on the left side and 21.5 meters on the right side.This scheme possessed the shortest rock throwing distance and the slightest damage to facilities.The above technology was proved to be applicable and popularized in the excavation of developing main roadways with similar geological conditions.
