段王煤业沿充留巷矿压显现规律研究OA
Study on strata behavior law of gob-side entry retaining in Duanwang Coal Industry
为解决段王煤业090515工作面沿充留巷过程中巷道变形控制、充填工艺与工作面推进的难题,开展沿充留巷矿压显现规律研究.以090515工作面8+9号煤为研究对象,采用现场矿压观测、理论分析与现场应用相结合的方法,系统研究留巷回采前后围岩活动规律.研究揭示了沿充留巷矿压显现的阶段性规律,明确了现有支护参数存在的不足,提出滞后加强支护和水力压裂切顶卸压优化方案,有效控制巷道变形,提升留巷安全性.研究成果为段王煤业8+9号煤其他工作面沿充留巷工程提供理论依据和实践参考,解决了煤矿采掘接续紧张和资源损耗的实际问题.
To solve the problems of roadway deformation control,filling process and working face advancement during the gob-side entry retaining process in No.090515 Face of Duanwang Coal Industry,a study on the strata behavior law of gob-side entry retaining was carried out.No.090515 Face of No.8+9 coal seam was taken as the research object,the method of combining on-site strata pressure observation,theoretical analysis and on-site application was adopted to systematically study the surrounding rock activity law before and after the entry retaining and mining.The study revealed the phased law of strata behavior in gob-side entry retaining,identified the deficiencies of the existing support parameters,and the proposed optimization schemes of delayed strengthening support and hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief effectively controlled the roadway deformation and improved the safety of entry retaining.The research results provided a theoretical basis and practical reference for the gob-side entry retaining projects of other working faces in No.8+9 coal seam of Duanwang Coal Industry,and solved the practical problems of tight mining and excavation succession and resource loss in the coal mine.
