针对含厚煤层及夹矸顶板巷道在常规支护条件下围岩结构变形、冒顶风险加剧的工程难题,以阳泉五矿8223工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用理论计算与数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对既有支护体系进行系统性优化设计,提出了复合协同支护体系—"三心拱U型钢棚+锚索梁+锁腿梁"新型组合支护架构,改善了深部复杂顶板巷道的稳定性控制问题.现场监测数据表明,优化支护段的巷帮收敛量与顶板位移量较对比区域,缩减31.8%和36.8%,显著提升了围岩自承体系的力学响应性能.

In view of the engineering problems of surrounding rock structure deformation and roof fall risk under the condition of conventional support in roadway with thick coal seam and gangue roof,the transportation roadway of No.8223 Face in Yangquan No.5 Mine was taken as the engineering background,the existing support system was systematically optimized and designed by combining theoretical calculation with numerical simulation.A new combined support structure of"three-center arch U-shaped steel shed+anchor cable beam+lock leg beam"was proposed,which improved the stability control of deep complex roof roadway.The field monitoring data showed that the convergence and roof displacement of the optimized support section were reduced by 31.8%and 36.8%compared with the comparison area,which significantly improved the mechanical response performance of the surrounding rock self-supporting system.
