近距离煤层群采动影响下底板巷道合理布置研究OA
Study on reasonable layout of floor roadway under the mining influence in close distance coal seam group
为了确定近距离煤层群采动影响下底板巷道的合理布置位置,以新集一矿为研究背景,采用数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,分析了不同水平错距下的采动应力和塑性区分布规律,结合现场工程数据,提出了最优的巷道布置方案.结果表明,当360808工作面与360606工作面水平错距为12m时,回风巷侧向支承压力增加,且塑性区未贯通,有利于巷道围岩的稳定,巷道稳定性较好.现场监测数据表明,360606工作面风巷在12m外错距离下顶板无明显离层现象,进一步验证了该布置方案的可行性.研究结果为近距离煤层群采动影响下底板巷道的合理布置提供了实践参考.
In order to determine the reasonable layout position of floor roadway under the influence of mining in close distance coal seam group,Xinji No.1 Mine wat taken as the research background,the distribution law of mining stress and plastic zone under different horizontal staggered distances was analyzed by combining numerical simulation with field monitoring.Combined with field engineering data,the optimal roadway layout scheme was put forward.The results showed that when the horizontal stagger distance between No.360808 Face and No.360606 Face was 12 m,the lateral abutment pressure of return airway increased,and the plastic zone was not connected,which was beneficial to the stability of roadway surrounding rock and the stability of roadway was good.The on-site monitoring data showed that there was no obvious roof separation phenomenon in the air roadway of No.360606 Face under the 12 m external distance,which further verified the feasibility of the layout scheme.The research results provided a practical reference for the safe mining of floor roadway in close distance coal seam group mining.
