数字乡村背景下乡村空间治理数字化转型:何以可能与何以可为OA

The digital governance of rural space offers a novel theoretical lens for examining how digital technologies catalyze the modernization of rural governance in China.As digital rural construction ad-vances systematically,digital technologies are increasingly and comprehensively embedded within rural spaces-thereby intensifying the trajectory toward digital governance in these areas.Drawing on Lefebvre's theory of the production of space,a three-dimensional analytical framework-comprising"material space","social space",and"cultural space"-illuminates the underlying mechanisms driving the digital transformation of rural spatial governance.This transformation is not merely a technical overlay of digital tools onto existing spatial configurations;rather,it constitutes a complex,systemic endeavor that necessi-tates careful calibration among multiple interdependent dimensions:between digital technologies and rural socio-institutional contexts;between the physical and functional forms of rural space and evolving gov-ernance models;and ultimately,toward the context-sensitive,embedded application of digital technolo-gies in rural settings.Nevertheless,current practices of digital rural governance reveal persistent challen-ges:inflexibility in the design and adaptation of material space;diminished dynamism and participatory vitality in social space;and affective disconnection or alienation within cultural space-all of which im-pede the holistic digital transformation of rural spatial governance.To redress these practical deviations,it is imperative to innovate rural spatial governance approaches,strengthen villagers'digital literacy and a-gency in participatory governance,and meaningfully integrate locally rooted rural cultural values and prac-tices.Such efforts aim to digitally empower rural material space through adaptive,inclusive infrastruc-ture;revitalize the digital dynamics of rural social space by fostering trust,collaboration,and collective action;and advance the digital reconstruction of rural cultural space-ensuring authenticity,continuity,and resonance with local identities.Collectively,these strategies enhance the efficacy of digital rural spa-tial governance and substantively advance its systemic digital transformation.
