人工智能时代信息光子演进态势分析OA

Analysis of the Evolution Trend of Information Photonics in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

信息光子是与微电子并列的重要基础性支撑技术,在微电子发展趋势放缓的背景下,其有望通过光电融合等新方式开辟"后摩尔时代"新赛道,满足人工智能加速发展带来的新型需求.在梳理信息光子总体发展态势基础上,文章重点分析了人工智能对信息光子的深远影响和相互促进,信息光子细分领域之间和光电之间的交叉融合发展趋势,并对未来发展前景进行了展望.

Information photonics is an important foundational technology that is on par with microelectronics.Against the back-drop of the slowing development trend of microelectronics,it is expected to open up a new track in the"post Moore era"through new methods such as optoelectronic fusion,meeting the new demands brought about by the accelerated evolution of artificial intel-ligence.On the basis of sorting out the overall development trend of information photonics,this paper focuses on analyzing the profound impact of artificial intelligence on information photonics,as well as the cross fusion development trend between the subdi-vision fields of information photons and optoelectronics.Finally,the prospects for future development are discussed.
