数字素养对高标准农田管护效果的影响及作用机制研究OACHSSCD
Impact of digital literacy on the effectiveness of high-standard farmland management and protection and its mechanism
在保障国家粮食安全和推进农业现代化的背景下,高标准农田管护成效及其数字化支撑能力日益受到关注.文中基于2024年6月至8月在中国东、中、西部14个省份开展的农户调研数据,在检验农户数字素养对高标准农田管护效果影响效应的基础上,进一步揭示其作用机制.研究发现,数字素养显著提升了高标准农田管护效果,在经过一系列稳健性和内生性检验后该结论依然成立.机制分析表明,数字素养主要通过增强农户的信息获取能力、技术应用能力与科学决策能力,进而提升其高标准农田管护效果.异质性分析表明:数字素养对高收入(农业、非农及总收入)、低龄、高学历和中部地区男性农户的提升作用更为显著,而对低收入、高龄、低学历及东西部地区女性农户的提升作用不明显.据此,应立足弥合数字鸿沟,协同推进技术应用与管护能力提升,促进管护成效均衡发展.
In the context of ensuring national food security and advancing agricultural modernization,the effectiveness of high-standard farmland management and its digital support capabilities have garnered increasing attention.Based on survey data collected from 14 provinces across eastern,central,and western China between June and August 2024,this study examines the impact of farmers' digital literacy on the management outcomes of high-standard farmland and further elucidates its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that digital literacy significantly enhances the management effectiveness of high-standard farmland,a conclusion that remains robust after a series of stability and endogeneity tests.Mechanism analysis indicates that digital literacy primarily improves farmers' information acquisition,technological application,and scientific decision-making capabilities,thereby boosting their high-standard farmland management outcomes.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that digital literacy has a more pronounced effect on high-income(agricultural,non-agricultural,and total income),younger,higher-educated,and male farmers in central regions,while its impact is less significant for low-income,older,lower-educated,and female farmers in eastern and western regions.Accordingly,efforts should focus on bridging the digital divide,synergistically advancing technological application and management capacity enhancement,and promoting balanced development in management outcomes.
