科学评估战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率,对于加快经济社会发展全面绿色转型、增强国家产业核心竞争力具有重要现实意义.文中采用EBM-GML模型测度2013-2023年中国战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率,并分别借助Dagum基尼系数、马尔科夫链与收敛模型,综合探析其区域差异来源、时空演变及收敛特征.研究发现:1)中国战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率水平总体呈现波动上升态势,且四大地区呈现"东部>中部>东北>西部"的分布格局.2)战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率总体差异表现为"下降-上升-再下降"的波动趋势;区域间差异是造成总体差异的主要来源.3)各省份战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率保持原有状态类型的稳定性较强,存在向低水平、高水平"俱乐部收敛"的可能性,且具有空间溢出效应.4)全国及四大地区战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率存在显著的绝对β收敛和条件β收敛现象;在考虑绿色税收、环保投资、低碳科技创新和数智基建等因素后,战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率的收敛速度进一步加快.据此,未来应持续完善战略性新兴产业绿色生产标准体系、构建战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率区域协同机制、推动战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率迈向更高水平,以全面提升战略性新兴产业绿色全要素生产率.

Scientific assessment of the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries holds significant practical importance for accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development and enhancing the core competitiveness of the national industry.This uses the EBM-GML model to measure the green total factor productivity of China's strategic emerging industries from 2013 to 2023,and respectively employs the Dagum Gini coefficient,Markov chains and convergence models to comprehensively analyze the sources of regional differences,temporal and spatial evolution,and convergence characteristics.The research findings indicate:1)The overall level of green total factor productivity of China's strategic emerging industries shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the four regions exhibit a distribution pattern of"eastern region>central region>northeastern region>western region".2)The overall differences in the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries exhibit a fluctuating trend of"decrease-increase-decrease again".The regional differences are the main cause of the overall differences.3)The green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries in each province is strongly stable in maintaining its original state and type.There is the possibility of"club convergence"to low level or high level,and it also exerts a spatial spillover effect.4)There is a significant absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence phenomenon in the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries across the country and in the four major regions.After taking into account factors such as green taxation,environmental protection investment,low-carbon technological innovation and digital infrastructure,the convergence speed of the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries has further accelerated.Therefore,in the future,we should continuously improve the green production standard system of strategic emerging industries,establish a regional collaborative mechanism for green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries,and promote the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries to a higher level,in order to comprehensively enhance the green total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries.
