生态产品价值实现中的多元主体协同网络形成机制研究OACHSSCD

Taking Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province,one of China's national pilot cities for ecological product value realization,as a case,this study explains how multi-actor collaboration forms in the ecological product value realization.Based on field interviews and web-based documents,we identify collaborative ties and construct a three-layer directed network containing information sharing,institutional safeguards,and transaction implementation.Social network analysis and exponential random graph models(ERGMs)are used to test endogenous structural effects,actor attribute effects,and exogenous situational effects.Results indicate that all three layers are sparse and largely shaped by task-based procedures rather than spontaneous diffusion.Information sharing is the most extensive and reciprocal,centred on administrative agencies and technical support actors.Institutional safeguards are sustained through rule provision and organizational mobilization led by coordinating departments.Transaction implementation is narrower and strongly project-clustered,with ties more likely to target firms,village collectives,and other grassroots implementer.Spatial proximity increases tie formation across all layers,while administrative-level distance constrains only information sharing.Cross-layer dependence is pronounced,information-sharing and institutional ties facilitate transaction links,and transaction progress feeds back into information exchange and institutional refinement.Policy implications include refining platform rules and credit-enhancement mechanisms,strengthening cross-departmental and cross-level coordination,to enhance transaction sustainability and replicability.
