木薯‖紫花苜蓿对木薯生理特性、产量及农田土壤理化性质的影响OA

为揭示木薯‖紫花苜蓿模式的间作优势并筛选最优配置,设置木薯单作(MC)、4行木薯与6行紫花苜蓿间作+间作距离50 cm(ICA45)、4行木薯与6行紫花苜蓿间作+间作距离80 cm(ICA48)、2行木薯与6行紫花苜蓿间作+间作距离50 cm(ICA25)等4种种植模式,测定分析不同模式对木薯产量、农艺性状、生理特性及土壤性质的影响.结果表明:木薯与紫花苜蓿间作表现出不同程度的优势,与MC相比,ICA25模式下木薯叶绿素a和总叶绿素含量分别显著增加26.16%和23.40%,块根总表面积、总体积、平均直径分别显著提高132.83%、268.75%、90.74%,土壤速效钾含量显著提升10.69%~18.31%,使得单株鲜薯质量显著提升31.92%.相关性分析表明,土壤养分含量、地上部营养生长与块根产量性状存在显著正相关关系,说明土壤养分通过促进地上部生长进而提高作物产量.综上,2行木薯与6行紫花苜蓿间作+间作距离为50 cm种植模式在改善木薯农艺性状、提高鲜薯产量及优化土壤理化性质方面均表现出显著的间作优势,可作为该套作体系的最优种植模式.

This study aimed to investigate the intercropping advantages of the cassava-alfalfa system and iden-tify the optimal planting configuration.Four planting patterns were established,including monoculture cassava(MC),intercropping of four rows of cassava with six rows of alfalfa at a spacing of 50 cm(ICA45),intercropping of four rows of cassava with six rows of alfalfa at a spacing of 80 cm(ICA48),and intercropping of two rows of cas-sava with six rows of alfalfa at a spacing of 50 cm(ICA25).Subsequently,the effects of different patterns on cassa-va yield,agronomic traits,physiological characteristics,and soil properties were measured and analyzed.The re-sults showed that the intercropping of cassava and alfalfa exhibited different degrees of advantages.Specifically,compared with MC,the ICA25 pattern significantly increased chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content in cassava leaves by 26.16%and 23.40%,respectively.Moreover,it also significantly increased total surface area,total vol-ume,and average diameter of storage roots by 132.83%,268.75%,and 90.74%,respectively.In addition,soil a-vailable potassium content was significantly increased by 10.69%to 18.31%,and fresh tuber mass per plant was significantly increased by 31.92%.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations among soil nutrient content,aboveground vegetative growth,and tuber yield traits,indicating that soil nutrients en-hance crop yield by promoting aboveground growth.In conclusion,the intercropping pattern of two rows of cassava with six rows of alfalfa at a spacing of 50 cm demonstrated significant intercropping advantages in improving cassava agronomic traits,increasing fresh tuber yield,and optimizing soil physicochemical properties,which could be used as the optimal pattern for this intercropping system.
