人工智能时代大学生就业的挑战、机遇与应对策略OACHSSCD
Challenges,Opportunities and Coping Strategies for College Student Employment in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
人工智能技术的快速发展对劳动力市场产生了深远的影响,尤其给缺乏实践经验与社会资本的大学生带来了严峻的挑战.具体而言,人工智能对大学生就业数量同时存在替代效应和创造效应,对大学生收入分配存在极化效应与均化效应.在此基础上,本文从行业、专业、性别、学历和区域五个维度,分析我国大学生就业面临的多重挑战,包括技术渗透下的行业差异、学科壁垒引发的就业断层、技术赋权下的性别隐性不平等、教育信号的功能异化、技术集聚与人才外溢的恶性循环.同时,人工智能的发展也为大学生带来了多重机遇,包括新职业需求创造、学科交叉融合、技术普惠赋能、能力本位回归、区域鸿沟弥合等.基于上述分析,本文提出了相应的应对策略.
The rapid development of artificial intellgence(AI)technology has a profound impact on the labor market,bringing severe challenges to college students who lack practical experience and social capital.Specifically,AI has substitution and creation effects on the quantity of college student employment,and polarization and equalization effects on income.This paper analyzes the multiple challenges facing college student employment in China from five dimensions:industry,major,gender,education level,and region,including industry differences under technological penetration,employment fault lines caused by disciplinary barriers,implicit gender inequality under technological empowerment,functional alienation of educational signals,and vicious cycles of technological agglomeration and talent spillover.Meanwhile,it also identifies multiple opportunities brought by AI development,including the creation of new job demands,interdisciplinary integration,technological empowerment,return to competence-based recruitment,and bridging regional gaps.Based on the above analysis,corresponding coping strategies are proposed.
