基于铜氧化物/氮掺杂碳纳米材料类过氧化物酶的没食子酸丙酯比色检测OA
Colorimetric Detection of Propyl Gallate Based on Peroxidase-Like Activity of CuxO/Nitrogen-Doped Carbon Nanomaterial
以腺嘌呤与酒石酸钠为前驱体,采用水热法制备碳点,进一步与铜离子自组装形成碳点-铜水凝胶.以此水凝胶为前驱体,经煅烧后成功制备出具有类过氧化物酶活性的铜氧化物/氮掺杂碳纳米材料(CuxO/C-N).采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和X射线衍射等技术对CuxO/C-N的形貌与结构进行了表征.在过氧化氢(H2O2)存在下,CuxO/C-N可催化无色3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)氧化为蓝色氧化态产物(oxTMB);加入没食子酸丙酯(PG)后,体系颜色显著变浅,吸光度降低,据此建立了用于PG灵敏、准确检测的比色传感器.此传感器对PG的线性检测范围为0.1~20 μmol/L,检出限(3σ)为0.042 μmol/L.研究表明,CuxO/C-N催化H2O2 氧化TMB体系中PG的检测涉及两条反应途径:PG可直接还原oxTMB;同时可清除体系中的活性氧物种,减少其对TMB的氧化,进而导致溶液颜色变浅.此传感器具有良好的选择性,已成功应用于食用油实际样品中PG的检测.
Carbon dots were prepared via a hydrothermal method using adenine and sodium tartrate as precursors,followed by self-assembly with copper ions to form carbon dot-copper hydrogels.These hydrogels were then used as precursors to successfully synthesize copper oxide/nitrogen-doped carbon nanomaterials(CuxO/C-N)with peroxidase-like activity through calcination.The morphology and structure of the materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.In the presence of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),CuxO/C-N catalyzed the oxidation of colorless 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to its blue oxidized form(oxTMB).Upon addition of propyl gallate(PG),the color of the system faded significantly and the absorbance decreased.Based on this phenomenon,a sensitive and accurate colorimetric sensor for PG detection was developed.The constructed sensor exhibited a linear detection range of 0.1-20 μmol/L for PG,with a limit of detection(LOD,3σ)of 0.042 μmol/L.It was revealed that the detection of PG via the CuxO/C-N-catalyzed oxidation of TMB by H2O2 involved two pathways:PG could directly reduce oxTMB,and could also scavenge reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the system,thereby reducing the oxidation of TMB by ROS,resulting in a decrease in solution color intensity.This sensor demonstrated good selectivity and was successfully applied to detection of PG in edible oils samples.
