镧系近红外二区发光材料在生物传感与诊疗中的应用进展OA
Application Progress of Lanthanide Near-Infrared Ⅱ Luminescent Materials in Biosensing and Diagnosis and Therapy
随着人们生活水平提高,健康管理需求日益精细化,对疾病的早期诊断和精准治疗提出了更高要求.镧系元素近红外二区(NIR-Ⅱ)发光材料因具有窄带发射、高组织穿透力、低光子散射及极低的自身荧光干扰等优势,克服了传统光学材料的局限性,在生物检测与疾病诊疗领域显示出重要的应用价值,成为精准医疗的关键候选材料.本文系统总结了镧系NIR-Ⅱ发光材料在生物检测、临床诊疗和疾病管理中的应用进展,介绍了其在生物传感、生物成像(包括结构成像、功能成像和多模态成像)以及肿瘤治疗(成像引导的手术治疗和诊疗一体化)中的作用,讨论了其在生物医学应用中的局限和面临的挑战,以期为镧系NIR-Ⅱ发光材料的设计优化和临床转化提供参考,推动生物检测和疾病治疗领域的发展.
With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for refined health management is increasingly growing,putting forward higher requirements for early diagnosis and precise treatment of diseases.Lanthanide-based near-infrared Ⅱ region(NIR-Ⅱ)luminescent materials,with advantages of narrow-band emission,high tissue penetration,low photon scattering,and minimal autofluorescence interference,have overcome the limitations of traditional optical materials,and have demonstrated significant value in the fields of biological detection and disease theranostics,emerging as key candidate materials for precision medicine.In this review,the application progress of lanthanide NIR-Ⅱ luminescent materials in biological detection and disease management were systematically summarized,covering their roles in biosensing,bioimaging(Including structural imaging,functional imaging,and multimodal imaging),as well as tumor therapy(Imaging-guided surgery and theranostics).Additionally,the limitations and challenges associated with their biomedical applications were discussed.By elaborating on these aspects,this paper aimed to provide valuable insights and references for the material design optimization and clinical translation of lanthanide NIR-Ⅱ luminescent materials,thereby advancing the fields of biological detection and disease treatment.
