招贤—大官庄项目 104ZK07 钻孔位于山东省莱州市金城镇,施工期间钻遇大深度强高岭土化断层泥断裂带地层.受地层应力释放作用,孔内多孔段出现水敏性坍塌缩径现象,且因垂直节理发育,坍塌问题进一步加剧,引发泵压骤升、掉块卡钻、回次加钻杆困难、岩心管打捞受阻等系列孔内事故.针对该难题,项目团队优化钻井液体系,依次采用无固相钻井液、低固相钻井液,最终替换为成膜防塌无固相钻井液;创新应用捞粉管钻具,优化环空间隙,增强清砂能力;配合绳索取心与捞粉管同步作业工艺,顺利穿越复杂孔段.应用结果表明,该方案显著提升孔壁稳定性、降低钻具损耗与孔内事故率,钻孔终孔深度达 1868.50 m,圆满完成钻探任务,为同类深孔复杂地层施工提供可靠技术参考.

The 104ZK07 borehole of Zhaoxian-Daguanzhuang project is located at Jincheng Town of Laizhou City in Shandong province.During construction,it encountered a deep-seated fault zone stratum with strongly kaolinized fault gouge.Affected by the release of formation stress,water-sensitive collapse and hole shrinkage occurred in multiple sections of borehole.Moreover,the development of vertical joints further aggravated the collapse,leading to a series of downhole accidents such as a sudden rise in pump pressure,drill pipe sticking due to falling rock fragments,difficulty in adding drilling pipes during round trips,and obstruction in fishing core barrel.To address these problems,the project team optimized the drilling fluid system by sequentially adopting non-solid-phase drilling fluid,low-solid-phase drilling fluid,and finally replacing it with film-forming anti-sloughing non-solid-phase drilling fluid.The innovative application of powder-fishing pipe drilling tool optimized the annular clearance and enhanced sand removal capacity.Combined with the synchronous operation process of wireline coring and powder-fishing pipe,the complex section was successfully drilling.Application resuls showed that this scheme significantly improves borehole wall stability,reduces tool wear and downhole accident rate,the borehole reaches a final depth of 1868.50 m,successfully completing drilling task,which proves a reliable technical reference for the construction of similar deep-hole complex formations.
