小道数有缆地震仪通常需要一根电缆作为炮线来连接震源和地震仪总控设备,炮线的长度可达 200 m 以上,收放炮线以及炮线随着炮点的移动至少需要增加一个工人.虽然以 Seismic Source 公司 UE 系列为代表的具有无线发射功能的触发系统早已存在,但其主要用于采用炸药或者震源车作为震源的大型地震仪,设备体积庞大、功能丰富,一般需要额外供电,对于大锤或落锤这种简易震源来说并不实用.因此,开发一种小体积、使用电池供电、能够嵌入到大锤里面的小型无线触发装置对于小道数有缆地震仪具有重要意义.本文设计开发的触发装置的开关端核心电路主要包括 STM32U5 系列处理器和无线收发器,主控端在传统地震仪上增加了一个无线收发器,在空闲状态深度睡眠整个系统,仅在敲击触发时唤醒处理器,电池的续航时间可达 2.8 年,应用在地震作业中可以节省 20%左右的人工成本.

Small-scale cable seismograph usually requires a cable as a shot line to connect the seismic source and central unit of seismograph.The length of shot line can be up to 200 meters or longer,and at least one additional worker is needed to worker to retract and release the shot line as well as move it with the shot point.Although wireless triggered system,such as the UE series of Seismic Source Company,have long existed,they are mainly used for large seismographs that use explosives or vibrator vehicles as seismic source.This equipment is large in size,rich in functions,and generally requires additional power supply.It is not practical for simple seismic sources such as hammer or drop hammer.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a small-scale wireless triggering device that is battery powered and can be embedded into a large hammer for cable seismometers.The switch core circuit of trigger device designed and developed in this paper mainly includes STM32U5 series processors and wireless transceivers.And a wireless transceiver is added to the main control end of traditional seismograph,which deeply sleeps the entire system in idle state and only wakes up the processor when triggered by tapping.The battery life can reach 2.8 years,and it can save about 20%of labor costs when applied in seismic exploration operations.
