针对山区复杂地质条件下输电线路塔基础施工中的大孔径硬岩成孔难题,且无道路运输限制了施工设备的选择,研发一种适用于索道运输条件下的山区大孔径硬岩钻具,以解决大孔径硬岩成孔困难,提升施工效率和安全性.该钻具采用模块化设计,具备高效破岩能力和垂直螺旋排渣功能,能够在40~65 MPa 的硬岩地质条件下实现机械化成孔.通过优化钻具结构与破岩排渣原理,结合索道运输的特点进行定制化设计.经过现场试验验证,该钻具性能可靠,显著提高了施工效率和安全性,解决了硬岩地质条件下的机械化成孔问题,验证了设计思路的可行性与有效性.

Aiming at the problem of large-diameter hard rock hole formation in the construction of transmission line tower foundations under complex geological conditions in mountainous areas,and the limitation of construction equipment selection due to the lack of transportation roads,a large-diameter hard rock drilling tool suitable for cableway transportation conditions in mountainous areas was developed to solve the difficulty of large-diameter hard rock hole formation,improve construction efficiency and safety.This modularly designed drilling tool has high-efficiency rock-breaking capability and vertical spiral slag discharge function,and can achieve mechanized hole formation in hard rock geological conditions of 40~65 MPa.Through the optimization of drilling tool structure and rock-breaking slag discharge principle,and customized design in combination with the characteristics of cableway transportation.After on-site tests,it is showed that this drilling tool has reliable performance and effectively solves the problem of mechanized hole formation in hard rock geological conditions,and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the design concept.
