针对国内地下连续墙施工深度不断增加、地质条件复杂、地层硬度提升的工况需求,结合国内外双轮铣设备技术特点及痛点,本文开展气举反循环双轮铣槽机开发与应用研究,为复杂地层深大、高精度地下连续墙施工提供支撑.本研究以绿色化、智能化、数字化为设计理念,核心目标是解决气举反循环高效排渣、复杂地层高效施工及高精度成槽难题,提升设备适应性、施工效率与成槽质量.重点开发三大系统:一是气举反循环排渣系统,采用数值模拟与试验验证结合法,优化参数及管路结构,排渣效率较传统设备提升30%以上;二是大扭矩、高可靠性铣轮,通过优化铣轮结构设计、选用高强度耐磨材料,提升铣轮扭矩储备与抗磨损能力,解决硬地层铣削动力不足、易损坏的问题,延长铣轮使用寿命;三是自适应控制系统,通过设计进给速度闭环控制算法,结合行程传感器实时反馈,实现铣削机构匀速下放与微量进给精准控制,避免硬地层铣削过载、槽壁扰动,保障成槽垂直度.该设备已应用于多个复杂硬地层深大地下连续墙工程,结果显示施工效率提升了 25%~40%,能耗与使用成本显著降低.

Aiming at the working conditions of increasing construction depth,complex geology and harder stratum of domestic diaphragm walls,combined with the characteristics and difficulties of double-wheel milling equipment at home and abroad,this paper carries out the development and application research of air-lift reverse circulation double-wheel milling machine to support the construction of deep,large and high-precision diaphragm walls in complex stratum.Guided by the concept of greenization,intelligence and digitalization,the core goal of this research is to solve the problems of efficient slag discharge by air-lift reverse circulation,efficient construction in complex stratum and high-precision trench formation,and improve the adaptability,efficiency and trench quality of this equipment.Three key systems are developed:firstly,the air-lift reverse circulation slag discharge system,which adopts the combination of numerical simulation and experimental verification to optimize parameters and pipelines,with the slag discharge efficiency increased by more than 30%compared with traditional equipment;secondly,the high-torque and high-reliability milling wheel,whose structure is optimized and high-strength wear-resistant materials are selected to solve the problems of insufficient power and easy damage in hard stratum milling and extend the service life;thirdly,the adaptive control system,which realizes the precise control of uniform lowering and micro-feeding of the milling mechanism through closed-loop control of feeding speed and feedback of travel sensor,ensuring the verticality of trench formation.The equipment has been applied in many deep and large diaphragm wall projects,with the construction efficiency increased by 25%-40%,energy consumption and cost significantly reduced.,and it is suitable for various complex hard stratum.
