Design and research for a drilling experimental platform of large-diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammer
大直径气动潜孔锤实验平台可以模拟矿山事故中的钻探救援场景,为大直径救援孔快速钻进提供实验支撑.本次开发的平台具备自动给进加压、自动旋转控制、多介质循环控制等功能,可进行全尺寸的钻进实验,能够满足大直径、多功能、多工艺、多介质和多参数测试要求.本文介绍了该试验平台的主要系统构成,以及加压系统、旋转系统及台架基础的设计和校核计算.基于该实验平台开展钻进实验模拟矿山救援通道构建,验证大直径气动潜孔锤等机具的有效性和可靠性,为提高矿山救援效率和安全性提供实验条件.
The experimental platform of large-diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammer can simulate drilling and rescue scenarios in mining accidents to provide test support for the rapid drilling of large-diameter rescue holes.The platform developed has functions such as automatic feeding and pressurization,automatic rotation control,and multi-media circulation control,which can conduct full-scale drilling experiments and meet the requirements of large diameter,multifunctional,multi process,multi-media and multi parameter testing.This paper introduces the main system components of the experimental platform,as well as the design and verification calculations of the pressurization system,rotation system,and bench foundation.Based on this experimental platform,drilling experiments were conducted to simulate the construction of mine rescue channels,verify the effectiveness and reliability of large-diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammers and other equipment,and provide test conditions for improving the efficiency and safety of mine rescue.
