基于XY-8型钻机的分体与集成驱动模式设计优化及对比研究OA

随着新一轮找矿突破行动的推进,以及战略性矿产资源勘探向深部拓展,对深孔钻探装备在钻进参数数字化、绿色节能以及人机友好等方面提出了更高的要求.目前国内固体矿产勘探装备以 XY 系列机械立轴钻机和全液压岩心钻机为主,这些钻机在钻进参数数字化以及绿色节能方面与国外先进水平还有较大差距.本文主要以 XY-8型钻机为基础,分别对提升和回转两个动作进行了分体和集成驱动模式的探索和优化,通过采用交流变频电传动技术,结合多种电液信以及传感技术实现了多项钻进参数的数字化显示和存储,研制出 XY-8DB 型和 XY-8DG 型数字化立轴式岩心钻机.这两款型钻机具备先进的司钻控制模式,在显著改善一线人员作业环境的同时提高了钻探的科学性.同时通过对两种钻机的技术特点、作业模式、成本以及适用场景等方面进行对比分析,得出采用集成驱动模式与分体式驱动相比具有数字化水平高、装机功率低、一次性采购投入少等优点.

With the advancement of a new round of mineral exploration breakthrough initiatives and the expansion of strategic mineral resource exploration to deeper areas,higher requirements have been put forward for deep-hole drilling equipment is required in terms of digitalization of drilling parameters,green and energy-saving,and human-machine friendliness.At present,XY-series mechanical spindle drills and full-hydraulic core drills dominate the domestic equipment for solid mineral exploration,which was still have a significant gap with advanced foreign levels in drilling parameter digitalization and green energy efficiency.Based on the XY-8 mechanical spindle drill,this paper explores and optimizes separated and integrated drive modes for the hoisting and rotary motions respectively,and develops the XY-8DB and XY-8DG digital spindle core drills by AC variable-frequency electric drive technology,combined with various electro-hydraulic signals and sensing technologies to enables multiple drilling parameters are digitally displayed and stored.These two drills have advanced driller control modes,which significantly improve the working environment for frontline personnel while enhancing the scientific nature of drilling.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the technical characteristics,operating modes,costs,and applicable scenarios of the drills,it is concluded that using integrated drive mode has the advantages of higher digitalization level,lower installed power,and less one-time procurement investment compared to split drive mode.
